* Please be advised that any online payment is subjected to a 4% fee which will be applied at the time of which ever payment is made.
Please have the amount you wish to pay multiple by 1.04 and pay that amount.
For example, say you wish to pay $855, you do ...... $855 * 1.04 = $889.20, you pay $889.20
