Only 1.5 Months of Rent and You Move In!
Move-In Cost:
1st Month Rent + ½ Month Rent on account of your Security Deposit.
The remaining Security Deposit (an additional 1 month) may be paid over 5 monthly payments together with your rent.

Pre-Screening Criteria
- Currently employed.
- Minimum of 6 months employment with your current employer.
- Provide your last 3 months of recent pay stubs.
- Employer employment verification.
- Provide 12 months of personal ledger.
- Have clear past landlord records.
