I really like my apartment because its close to the freeway so I have a smooth commute to work, and I also like how everything was well put together upon my walk thru ... very friendly environment. Really thankful of my new home.

My apt is ok with me, the hardwood floors are the best, new a/c, cabinets, clean apt. Everything is perfect.

I'm a new tenant at Presidential Plaza and I can say I love being here very quiet environment, rent is reasonable and worth it, my apt is very spacious and comfortable. I just want to thank XLNC for having me as a tenant.

This apartment was what I and Kathy needed; we were in a bad spot in life, livign with family here and there, basically giving money to live with others. One day we road pass Presidential Plaza and seen $595 for one bedroom, I said to myself this will be our new home. Special thanks to the lady Le-Le in the office for making this happen fast.
