I want to thank XLNC for my apt at Greenbriar everything was perfect when I arrived fresh painted, new cabinets, fridge, stove, etc I just fell in love with it all, no issues at all. I like how we have security guard after hours, maintenance very helpful, I'm overjoyed thanks again.

My wife and I really like our new home so peaceful and quiet; we appreciate the effort that was put into us moving in. Everything was what we were expecting, I will definitely tell friends about XLNC Invest. I can say the office and maintenance staff makes you feel at home as well, friendly and helpful. I moved from upper Michigan due to my employment. I searched and searched for nice and decent apartments on Detroit for 2 weeks until I came across XLNC Residences and that had exactly what I was looking for. Location is close to my daughter's school, my job, nice quet gated complex. Really like it here.

This apt is so much better than the apt I was living in. All I can say is that I appreciate the maintenance requests online and the fast response, well lit parking and well kept property. Thanks for having me as a tenant. Loving my apt.
